At 25, with bed head, a hipster beard and faux-dandy sartorial flair, harpsichordist Jean Rondeau has become a popular new champion for an instrument that often struggles for the spotlight.
There's substance behind the style though: Rondeau is a graduate of the Paris Conservatory, won the 2012 Bruges International Harpsichord Competition and has already released two albums on Warner Classics.
