Japandroids signalled the beginnings of a comeback today, announcing a handful of tour dates and a residency in their hometown of Vancouver, B.C.
These dates mark their first shows since 2013 and will begin in October with a four-night stand in Vancouver, followed by shows in Los Angeles, Toronto, London (UK), Brooklyn and Mexico City.
It's been four years since Japandroids put out their 2012 Polaris Prize short-listed album Celebration Rock, but the tour date announcement was not accomopanied by news on the status of any upcoming album.
