While we bask in summer glory, the citizens of Westeros are bracing themselves: winter is here.
The seventh season of Game of Thrones will premiere seven days from now on July 16. And if the trailer is any indication, we’ll need to find a word more epic than “epic” to describe what’s about to go down in the seven kingdoms.
Whose name will Arya cross off her list next? Will Jon Snow prevail at the Wall? Which beloved character will meet a gruesome fate? All these questions. All this anticipation. Just. Cannot. Handle.
So to tide Game of Thrones fans — and ourselves — over, we’ve put together a list of covers of the theme song. From Toronto's Roy Thomson Hall to the streets of Mumbai to Buckingham Palace, here are seven different versions — one for each of the next seven days.
