With that, Max Kerman of Arkells kicked off the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame finale, with Bachman, Blackie and the Rodeo Kings, William Prince, Whitehorse and more joining the band onstage to play Neil Young's "Rockin' in the Free World."
