Danielle and Drew McTaggart turned a lot of heads with their first Dear Rouge record, 2013's Black to Gold, winning awards and staking out a spot on the charts. As they step back into the spotlight with their sophomore effort, Phases, Danielle and Drew's swagger and knack for catchy hooks is on full display.
