More performers have been added to this year's already star-studded CCMA Awards. Today, Serena Ryder, James Barker Band and Jessica Mitchell were announced as performers at the Sept. 9 live broadcast. For Ryder, a 6-time Juno Award winner, and Mitchell, who is up for roots artist or group of the year, this will mark their first times ever on the CCMA Awards stage.
They'll join a list of incredible Canadian and international acts that includes Keith Urban, Lindsay Ell, High Valley, Terri Clark, Dallas Smith, Tim Hicks, Brett Kissel, and Meghan Patrick.
Country icon Shania Twain will host this year's awards show, which will be held at the FirstOntario Centre in Hamilton, Ont. To watch the 2018 CCMAs on Sept. 9, tune in to cbcmusic.ca/ccmas or CBC-TV, where the show will be broadcast live across Canada at 8 p.m.
